My experience with joining several GPT sites has led me to recommend Earn10Cents. This new site not only promises, but really do pay you 10 cents for every task you completed!
All you have to do is register, then follow the instructions given. You will be paid through your PayPal account in the multiples of .10 cents for every task you completed.

I'm not sure what countries/areas West at Home is hiring in. You can go to their website westathome.com and see what countries they have availability in.
